NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of PERFORMING ARTS LODGES of VANCOUVER SOCIETY (the “Society”) will be held at
PAL, 581 Cardero Street, 8th floor,
Vancouver, B.C. on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at 3.00 p.m.
for the following purposes:

  1. To approve the minutes of the June 10, 2007 AGM
  2. To consider changes to PAL Vancouver by-laws (as attached)
  3. To receive the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended December 31, 2007
  4. To appoint an auditor for 2008
  5. To receive and consider Reports on Activities from the Directors and Committee Chairs for the Society
  6. To fix the number of Directors for the coming year
  7. To elect the Directors for the coming year
  8. To conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting
