Resident Selection Criteria PAL Vancouver is currently accepting applications for the waiting list for one-bedroom units in the PAL Lodge at Georgia and Cardero. As of September 2005, income eligibility requirements are as follows: |

Low income household (annual income below $35,000) – eligible for subsidized unit, rent based on household income. Moderate income household (annual income above $35,000) eligible for near market units, rents will be 10% below market for that area. Currently the rent for these suites has been set at $1,130 per month, not including parking. In order to fulfill PAL Vancouver’s charitable purpose, residents of the Performing Arts Lodge Vancouver will be individuals with a low to moderate income who are professionals in the performing arts industry and capable of independent living. HOUSING PRIORITIES: Priority will be given to seniors (55 plus), the disabled and those with the greatest housing need who also meet the primary eligibility requirement. As much as is possible the Resident Selection Committee will strive for a balance of representation from all disciplines (film, theatre, dance, music etc) and professions (performance, design, technical, administration etc).
